If, contrary to expectation, your baggage is delayed it will usually arrive on the next scheduled flight.
If your baggage is delayed, please contact the arrival airport staff. When your baggage arrives to the airport, we shall contact you to arrange when and where we should deliver your baggage back to you.
Compensation in connection with delayed baggage
Alsie Express will refund reasonable expenses in connection with purchase of necessities during the waiting time, if the delay has taken place on the outbound flight. Remember to keep receipts and send them with your account details and documentation of the delay to:
If your baggage has not arrived when you leave the airport, Copenhagen Airport as well as Sønderborg Airport will provide an “overnight kit” so that you can get by until the following day.
Damages after 21 days
If your baggage has not arrived back after 21 days you can claim damages by contacting Alsie Express at the above address. Please remember to include your ticket, baggage receipts and a report for delayed baggage (issued at the airport as receipt of your report).
