Check in

Online check in opens 24 hours before departure, and closes 1 hour before departure. You can do online check in:

• If you’re only travelling with hand luggage, you can go directly to the airport security.
• If you’re travelling with baggage, you will have to check-in at the kiosk or counter at the airport.

Check in at Sonderborg Airport

Sonderborg: Check in must be completed at the manual check-in counter within 15 minutes before scheduled departure.

Should you go from Sonderborg Airport to Copenhagen Airport, you must have completed manual check-in at the counter within 15 minutes before scheduled departure. Upon later attendance, the check-in process might be completed and boarding  may be rejected. Your ticket will not be refunded in case of late attendance.

The check in rules are to ensure that we maintain the high punctuality that our passengers prioritize.

If you bring baggage or special baggage , such as a pram, sports equipment or a wheelchair, you need to check-in no later than 30 minutes before planned departure.

NB: Other check-in times apply to Charter flights (see bottom of page).

Check in at Copenhagen Airport

Copenhagen: At least 30 minutes before departure.

At Copenhagen Airport, You can check in at the self-service kiosks which are located in Terminal 2 and 3 (and also in Finger A and at the Transfer Center).

When you fly from Copenhagen Airport, you need to check-in no later than 30 minutes before the planned departure.

Check-in at the kiosks at Copenhagen Airport is easy and quick.

You start check-in by entering in your booking reference. After this, the kiosk will guide you through the process.

During the check-in process you will be asked how many pieces of baggage you are bringing. After this, the machine will print your baggage labels which are to place around your baggage handle before dropping it off at the Baggage Drop.

With the check in kiosks you can:

• Check-in with or without baggage
• Print your boarding pass and baggage labels

You cannot use the check in kiosks when:

• Your child under 12 years travelling without an adult
• You are travelling with an animal
• You are travelling with a bike, weapon or other special baggage

Check in at Bornholm Airport

Bornholm: Check in must be completed at the manual check-in counter within 30 minutes before scheduled departure.

If you bring baggage or special baggage , such as a pram, sports equipment or a wheelchair, you need to check-in no later than 45 minutes before planned departure.

Check in 2 hours before scheduled departure.
