You should get properly acquainted with the rules before you pack your baggage. The security staff is entitled to retain any person and baggage which they deem a threat to the flight security – as well as restricted objects in your hand baggage will be confiscated without liability. Remember that the security staff work on behalf of your safety.

If you are in doubt – please always feel free to contact Alsie Express , or the personell at the check-in counter at the airport.

The following products are never allowed on a flight:

Fragile objects or objects of a particular value such as; securities, passports, computers, money, medicine, jewellery, cameras, musical instruments, keys or similar should always be carried in hand baggage.

Baggagelabel

All checked-in baggage is to have a baggage label attached – this is either done by staff at the counter, or by you personally at the check-in kiosks. In addition to this, we always recommend that you fill out a baggage label with your contact details and attach it to your baggage. This is to make locating your baggage quicker and easier in connection with any lost baggage. These labels are located in the departure section as well as at the counters.
